Thank you for your interest in joining the Student Leadership Program. This packet is valuable team information that we would like for you to read over and pray about before completing the application. This is who we are, how we believe and what we do.

  • Because we believe people matter to God, we want to help students know Jesus better.
  • Because we believe church is a place of grace, we want to help students know real community.
  • Because we believe that everyone should live like Jesus, we want to help students grow character.
  • Because we believe everyone has a purpose, we want to help students go share.

The staff and leaders who have the privilege of ministering to students strive to teach:

  • There is Absolute Truth. Teaching the Bible as the inerrant word of God, boldly sharing our faith and encouraging others to do the same. 2 Timothy 3:16
  • Relationships are Important. We want every student to have a sense of belonging and to feel loved and accepted by God and adult or student leaders. Matthew 22:37-39
  • Selflessness is Essential. Impacting student’s lives while they impact their community through selfless acts of service. Philippians 2:3-4

Serve as a Student Leader

We are so glad you are ready to take your Next Step with Alice Drive Student Ministries! The Leadership Program is here to help give you the opportunity to be a Servant-leader modeled after the actions of Jesus.

He didn’t come to this earth to be served, but to serve. –Mark 10:45

Servant – leaders are students who can say “I CARE.”

  • Integrity- we speak truth in love to each other and not behind backs.
  • Commitment-we attend all meetings and services with a positive attitude and are ready to contribute to discussions.
  • Accountability- we manage our schedule and maintain focus on school by maintaining a “C” average or higher.
  • Respect- we are a place of grace therefore we respect others differences and extend grace as Jesus has for us.
  • Excellence- we always give 100% to ourselves, each other, and to our Lord.
